This is the second home DeLisa Locke has sold for us! DeLisa provides superior service and goes above and beyond to take care of her clients! We had already moved out of state and were not able to take care of every little detail with the home. DeLisa and Morris made numerous trips across town to check on our home and ensure it was in perfect condition for showing! After it sold, we were in a time crunch to move our belongings that remained in the house. DeLisa and Morris even showed up to help us pack and load the moving truck! Above and beyond what most realtors will do! She truly cares about the people she represents. She deserves nothing less than 5 stars from everyone! Anyone giving less obviously just can’t be satisfied in life. No realtor has ever worked harder for me. I have bought and sold ten homes so I have eight other realtors to personally compare.

She looked at several houses and did walk throughs for us using video chat to show us the house since we were 2700 miles away! After we had been here for awhile and decided it was time to buy we called DeLisa again. She was always willing to show us any house we wanted to see and spend the time going through them with us, and when she found us the house we ended up buying she knew of reasonably priced and knowledgeable inspectors to use, we definitely feel she has your best interest first. Our experience with Delisa Locke was absolutely amazing, she has gone above and beyond for our family finding the perfect house for us. If anybody knows the Huntsville area its her, she knows it like the palm of her hand so she knew exactly where to look for us. She has been our realtor since we rented a house and has never actually really stopped working with us. The day we came here to find a house she was out in flooding and pouring rain helping us find our rental and low and behold she found us the house we would call ours for a year in just 1 day. A year later (even though we still talked occasionally) we finally decided on our journey to find our place we call home (not so easy in this market). A few months went by (were picky) and we found a couple houses that we thought we would like finally put in an offer in and somebody went much higher (we knew it wasn't meant to be) that same day Delisa and Morris (her husband is a realtor as well he's just as amazing we got the 2 for 1 deal) called and said we found a house it's the perfect fit for you can you come right now and see it...1 week later we would call that our forever home she fought every step up the way for us. If you could have any realtor I would definitely choose her time and time again, nobody I have worked with in the 7 years of moving has even came close to how wonderful of a realtor Delisa and Morris are. They bring the real estate game to the table with their knowledge of the market- both growing up in Huntsville- in addition to comps - since Morris has been an appraiser for over 20 years. DeLisa has your best interest in hand no matter what your interests or requests are. She bent over backwards for me. She’s definitely your girl and will always be mine. Oh did i mention, we found a house in this crazy market the ONE weekend I was in town and closed in 3 weeks? Couldn’t have ask for a better realtor and now friend! Can’t go wrong here, y’all. Just plain and simple. That’s a fact Jack.

DeLisa is an amazing real estate agent! I have used her to represent me on two real estate transactions - once as a buyer's agent and again as a seller's agent. She is thorough, responsive, and has a detailed knowledge of the Huntsville, AL metro area. When she represented me as a seller's agent she went above and beyond to make sure my deal closed after receiving a contract. After the home inspection, the new buyers contacted a "foundation specialist" who fraudulently determined my property needed over $5000 of foundation repairs. DeLisa then contacted a structural engineer to inspect the foundation. The structural engineer found no issues with the foundation. She then contacted the builder of my home and arranged for them to correct some minor cracks in the veneer at no charge. I am convinced that without DeLisa my deal would have either fallen through or I would have lost thousands of dollars off my asking price.

We had land in Guntsville for sale for some time and it was listed with a different agent who did not even bother to really push sales or help get it sold. After a bad builder experience we wanted someone we felt like we could trust.
We used the agent because they were local to that area. Sales in the area we’re going fast and it was crickets for any leads. We felt that the agent just did not feel as if it was enough money for her to even really invest time in.
We decided to switch agents to Delisa who was able to bring us offers. She went above and beyond to answer questions and help assure that we sold our land with the right buyer. Delisa has an amazing reputation and always goes the extra mile for clients.
I have reached out to Delisa for many real estate questions on home we were building - my parents need and Delisa always answered us even on vacation.
